Pre-Race Outing with Sully

Today, Sully and I had an adventure uptown to get ready for tomorrow's half-marathon.

Our First Stop was the bagel store to load up on Carbs!

Next, we took the train up to the Convention Center to pickup my race packet.

Sully was given so many goodies by all the vendors.  

He got shirts, bells, bracelets, water bottles and even balloon animals!

Finally, we went to Imaginon for story time, bubbles and a dinosaur exhibit.

It was such a great way to spend the day and prepare for tomorrow's race.

Preschool Family Night

Tonight was Sully's Family night at preschool.

Our sweet boy did such a great job.  

He made us smile the entire time and looked so handsome doing it!

Saturday Fun

Today both Sully and Patrick had soccer.  Patrick's game was first and he spent the last two quarters as goalie.  He has really built up a lot of confidence on the field this year and defended his goal with everything he had!  We are so proud of him.  After Patrick's game, we all went to Sully's field to watch him and all the 4 year olds play soccer.  They are a blast to watch, Sully seems to have a good time, and we all leave with a smile after seeing 15 4 year olds chase after the ball.

In the evening, we went to the Weimer's house for a Friends Thanksgiving Dinner with The Weimers and Coziers.  All seven kids played together for hours before coming to down for dinner.  The parents got to spend some quality time (just the six of us) while the kids were entertained by the bounce house in the playroom!  When it was time for the kids to eat, Sully made sure everyone was seated before saying the blessing.

 What a great way to kick-off the holiday season!

Election Day

Today Sullivan and I went to vote.  He decided to wear his "voting shirt" Meatballs vs. Pizza.  At the poles, he asked all the voters and volunteers, what they would vote for - Meatballs or Pizza!  His vote was the cutest election of all!

Yesterday Finn did some impromptu research about Mount Vesuvius and created this 3D model!

Saturday Fun Day

This morning we woke up to a very cold, rainy day.

Because soccer was cancelled, Gill took the boys the Home Depot Workshop.

After, Gill had to go to work, so it was a Mommy and Me Afternoon.  We went to lunch and then over to Monkey Joe's to bounce.  It was very busy in there, and I was so proud of P&F for taking good care of Sully and making sure he didn't leave their side.

 In the evening, we cuddled up on the couch and watched
