SuperBowl Sunday

Today some of our neighborhood friends got together to watch the Superbowl

PopPop surprised the boys with new Panthers Shirts to wear for the big game.

Gill prepared "Panthers Punch", I ordered special cookies, and of course I made a party hat for the occasion!

 At the neighbor's house the kids were all pumped for the game.

 There was a first of yummy food to enjoy

and while our home team didn't win, we sure had a fun time watching with friends!

Sully's Birthday Party

Last night we celebrated Sully's 6th Birthday Party

He chose Blaze and the Monster Machines as his theme.  We had a special shirt and cookies made for the special occasion. 

This year, however, Sully asked that Finny make him a special cake.  Finnegan worked so hard on the delicious cake and did a fabulous job!

There were tons of games and lots of laughter

Before we knew it, the candles were lit and it was time for Sully to make his birthday wish

Patrick Leadership Award

This morning we celebrated Patrick as he received the Leadership Award for "Think Win-Win"

 We are so proud of Patrick.  His positive attitude and caring personality was the reason he was recognized by his peers.  

 All the grandparents were there to celebrate our special boy

Wonderful job, Patrick!  We love you so much!

Math Homework

Today after school, Sully settled at the kitchen table and, unprompted, opened up 2 math workbooks.  An hour and a half later, Sully had completed both books!

 Just when I thought his math was done for the day, he proceeded to bring his addition and subtraction flashcards to the table where P&F were studying.  Big Brothers finished their work and then helped Sully study as well.

I love how much Sully loves Math!!
