I think your decorations where much better than actually being in Time Square. I was actually supposed to be there this year (on a mission trip), but the weather kept us home. It was not something I was looking forward to. Seeing it on TV was okay for me.

No pickpocketers (okay none, directly) and warm temps--I'd take your kitchen any day for New Year's!! Looks like fun!
