Today, we had a sick day. We've been struggling all week. Fevers and sore throats have been circulating through the family, Patrick even had strep earlier in the week. Today, all the boys stayed home. We went to the doctor, where she assured me we are on the mend.
(and no more postive strep cultures - HORRAY!)
On the way home, we stopped at Target and picked up Valentines.
Each boy chose his own, and when we got home, we spent the remainder of the morning writing them out.
Sully selected Angry Birds Valentines. We used his class list, which includes a picture of each student, and he carefully selected which design was for which friend. Then, we added the Angry Bird Lollipop to each note.
Finnegan chose Power Rangers Valentines with stickers.
Patrick selected Justice League Valentines with SuperHero Notepads
Both Patrick and Finnegan did a great job writing out each Valentine, and taking care to spell all their classmates' names correctly. Not an easy job, but they did awesome!
