Yesterday, we celebrated Patrick and Finn's 3rd Birthday.
While, I had every intention to keep it low key, it turned out to be very exciting!
I set up a special birthday breakfast complete with belgium waffles for the 3rd Birthday Breakfast. I put out our little cake, purely for decoration, but Finnegan had other ideas.
Why eat waffles when you can have icing?!?
Patrick and Finn opened presents from Sully and from their cousins, the Maddens, in Colorado.
Sully got in on the action and we all had a great breakfast!
After, Gill, Finn and Patrick put together the new puzzles...
and completed them both.
Our family headed out to the Ballantyne Village 4th of July parade
with our friend, Melissa Pluchos.
And, there it was, right in the front of the Village...
A FIRETRUCK!
The firefighters let our patriot birthday boys explore the truck and it made their day!
Back at home, the boys wanted to continue playing with firetrucks.
Patrick decided he could race and RIDE his firetruck...
and they took their firetrucks for a ride.
It was a great family day and a perfect way to celebrate
Finnegan & Patrick's 3rd Birthday!
