Flashback Friday

Last week, Patrick came home from school and announced they needed new backpacks.

When I asked why, he said, "Because we're not babies, mommy." ouch.

He was right, they needed bigger bags, but I had been in denial about it for quite some time. I love the little backpacks they received on their 2nd birthday from their friends,

the Parkers, and I was not ready to give them up.

Finally, I took P&F to the store and let them pick out their new bags.

They are now sporting Big Boy Lightning McQueen Backpacks!
