Yesterday, we spent the day at the NC Transportation Museum for a Christmas Train Ride and visit with Santa. The boys followed the tracks....
stopped to play at the train tables...
and then waited patiently to board the train.
Mommy and her Chuggers
Finn was probably the most excited of anyone.
He clutched his train ticket, sat with Daddy and just couldn't wait to see Santa.

Sully was happiest cuddling in Daddy's arms.
Finn (left) and Patrick (right) sang Christmas Carols
as the train went to the Roundhouse where Santa was waiting.
While the big guys and I stood in line to see Santa,
Gill and Sullivan explored the trains and the roundhouse.
Finally, it was our turn to see Santa.
Finnegan went first -
He told Santa that he was a good boy and asked for a Super Fast Remote Control Car.
Patrick was next -
He wished Santa a Merry Christmas and asked for a sail boat for the bath.
Santa offered them both a candy cane, which Patrick refused!
Then, they posed for a picture - Thanks Santa!!
And, where was Sully when it was our turn to see Santa?
Making it known to EVERYONE around that he was going to have no part of it -
maybe next year!
At the end of our visit, we visited the model train display which all 3 boys enjoyed so much.
It was a great Christmas Train ride!
